FROZEN

In 2018 Olga Malyeva partnered with Tapis Rouge Atelier to create a rug collection. The FROZEN collection is a vision of frosty winter, crystalline snowflakes, and a frozen river landscape. Crisp white snow evokes the pristine serenity of frozen nature, awaiting new life. Six designs are available in a variety of colorways. The pictorial AIR and JOY rugs convey childhood memories of outdoor games and winter walks. ICE and BUBBLE were inspired by the magnetic beauty of frozen Lake Baikal. MEN and P44 recall cold constructivist architecture and its anonymous inhabitants. Overlapping, textural weaves, varied depths, and graphic illustrations characterize this luxurious collection.
